	Skywise is on the way to work. There "was" a live chipmunk in the house. It was at the back door between the curtain and the glass and behind a set of storage shelves. I opened the screen door as wide as possible, pulled the curtain across the opening and set some handy storage boxes on the bottom of the curtain so it couldn't go under it. Then I kept four of the five cats at bay while Moonie scared it toward the open door. It worked and the chippie was last seen "hellbent for Texas" across the back yard heading for the woods. The cats are NOT happy......

	Greetings! We're back from payday shopping and I must say that being able to fold the 3rd seat down to make more cargo room is a joy. Today I'm going to load up every scrap of recyclables in the house for a run tomorrow and I expect to be able to get EVERYTHING in without stacking it so high you can't see out the back. Now, I have tea and I'm going to catch up while I cool off. Yes, it has finally gotten warm! Post # 35,456

	Greetings. It's been a busy morning but we got a lot done so it's all good. Skywise is on his way to work and I'm about to get busy since I'm pretty much caught up. The unprogrammed keyfob I ordered for the van came today and Skywise will probably program it tomorrow. I'm not quite quick enough to get the job done in 20 seconds so he'll have to do it. If successful, I'll order two more so we can each have one.

	Skywise got home about 20 minutes ago so I hurried and got dinner finished. Tonight is "chili night" and luckily it was almost done. I just cut down the simmering time and started throwing stuff in. Time to eat! As soon as it cools off a bit!

	Skywise informs me that we have a family of geese in our yard -- mother, father and goslings. With all the small ponds in the immediate area, I'm not surprised.

	Greetings! I'm here finally but don't know for how long. The weather has been keeping us offline since last night. Quick rundown: We went to the dentist this morning. Moonie and I got our teeth cleaned and Spirit got her filling. It was so small all she needed was nitrous oxide so there was no worry about her accidentally biting her cheek at lunch. Skywise made an appointment for a consultation that will probably include x-rays and who knows what else. We'll just have to see.

	I'm back finally. Another HUGE mass of weather moved in right after I posted and knocked us offline again. The front yard has standing water but the system has moved out and no more long periods of rain are expected. Which is good 'cause I'd like to walk outside without getting my feet wet! I've gotten caught up on the weather -- first thing I checked so now I'll check on everything else! Post # 62,500 for the site.

	Skywise is home. He has the superlate shift tomorrow because of a training class. This means we will be making a run up to the auto dealer to find out what the hell is going on with our paperwork. Should be interesting.... I'm going to head out now. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Back. Found out about the paperwork. All is cool. Found out that we could by the Windstar back for $1,380.00 plus fees. We picked up a new floor mat for the 3rd row seat and got the new van put on our car insurance and the old one taken off. (Our temporary card has already arrived via email.) We also decided to hold off getting the new van painted until we have it registered. "Just in case...." Now to cool off and get caught up.

	Cooled off and caught up. I found some "eyeglass necklaces" while we were out today and bought two. I'm currently "field testing" them and I look like a total dork but at least I won't have to hold the glasses I'm not wearing in one hand while I'm shopping and it isn't like it is "forever". The way things are going I could be having surgery by this time next year.....

	I took a nap after Skywise left which I must have needed since I slept for nearly 3 hours. I'm now doing laundry and will start dinner at midnight. Tomorrow I'm going to be completely offstride since we'll be going to bed late and getting up early since he has "early shift" the rest of the week.

	We've turned on the a/c. It isn't that hot -- yet -- but the air quality leaves a bit to be desired, even out here, and I have a slight, persistent headache so I'm hoping that closing up the house and cooling/filtering the air will help.

	I took a nap and my head feels better but I've gotten very little done today due to feline persons, mainly the Queen, wanting to be in my lap. sign I won't deny them though. You never know how long you will have them...
