	Greetings! We're back from the grocery run and so far, no rain to speak of which is good! I haven't checked the radar yet but I'll be doing that directly. Right now, I've been on amazon contemplating the purchase of a new "toy" for the van....

	The weather is still quiet. Last time I checked the TS Bill "leftovers" were in Oklahoma so it probably WiLL be Friday before it gets here. It looks like we'll be going to the license branch tomorrow so we won't have to do everything on Friday. This is a good thing even if it means that a lousy picture of me will be taken for my driver's license. (I can't wear my glasses for the photo. It messes up the facial recognition software and not having them on makes me look dorkier than normal!)

	Greetings! The paperwork for the van has been completed. We'll get the new registration in a week to 10 days. My driver's license is renewed so that's off my mind. By the time I need to renew it again, I'll have these cataracts out and "should" actually be able to see. Now to check on the remains of Tropical Storm Bill.

	You can't "unsee" what you have seen and something on facebook has made me heartsick. I know it's horrible and needs to stop but I don't see what purpose gruesome pictures on facebook serves except to upset people. Which may be the point. Some "beings" (most of them discoporate) find the negative emotions very tasty....

	"Weather" is starting to move in so I'm going to head out for a while since I have non-online stuff to do. I'll probably be in and out over the next couple of days. The leftovers from TS Bill look like they might be strengthening a bit. The Gods know we have plenty of heat and humidity for them to work with and judging from the radar, it's still pulling moisture from the Gulf. Could be an "interesting" weekend.

	I'm going to put this as delicately as I can. It may be TMI for some. The SunLord had a small "bowel accident" under the computer table. I smelled it but thought the Queen, who was in the chair next to me, was having a gas attack. I didn't realize my error until AFTER I had stepped in it, ground it into the rug and my shoe and had spread it to three other spots on the rug. sigh My shoe is cleaned and should be dry and odor-free by morning. The rug is also scrubbed but we may just replace it. It is a relatively cheap area/utility rug from Walmart that is showing it's age. I can still smell it so it may get thrown out in the rain before the night is over.

	We're back. The rain has let up for the moment but more is on the way. I'm not sure what they're predicting for rainfall totals now but the storm is moving slowly so we could get more than predicted. Last I heard the area along the Ohio River was going to get the worst of it but that was this morning. By now, who knows? I'm now going to get caught up before the rain picks up again and maybe knocks us offline although the tree trimming that Skywise did earlier in the week seems to have helped with that a lot.

	Now that most of the "elephant in the room" type things -- getting my eyes checked, getting glasses, finding/getting a new van, getting it registered, renewing my driver's license before my glasses' prescription needs to be changed again -- have been taken care of and off my mind leaving only the "get the van painted a glorious and eye-catching shade of RED" on the list maybe I can get my mind back on things of a writing nature. I'm restocking my "on the go" writing tote so I'll be ready whenever an idea hits.....

	Greetings! We're back from Greenwood and according to the radar it looks like TS Bill has moved out of the area. It's tracking along the Ohio River and is to the east of here so we really aren't expecting any more "serious" rain. The humidity is through the roof as you might expect so "pop-ups" could happen but there will be no more of this "hours long downpour" foolishness. Now to get tea and get caught up.
