	Last two pies are in the oven. Boy am I glad that is my regular "not cooking" night. Moonie will make her own dinner, Spirit may elect to fast since her "lunch for breakfast" tomorrow will be a very large slice of pizza and an 8 nugget meal from Chick-fil-A. I don't know what or even if I'll eat tonight. All I want to do now is stay off my feet as much as possible for the rest of the night....

	Last two pies are out of the oven. There's a mess to clean up 'cause they boiled over -- like the first two -- but that's on tomorrow's To Do list.

	I'm tired and achy -- lifting 5+ pound pies out of the oven is hard. Need to work on my upper body strength -- but relaxed. Moonie and I watched a couple of episodes of Once Upon A Time and that leeched out the tension. I told Skywise on the phone this afternoon that we're "over the hump". It doesn't feel like it yet but the "big things" are past us. The presents are all purchased -- just waiting for delivery -- the pies are made and just need to be taken in to the dinner tomorrow, RB has had his surgery and booster shots and the "biggest day of the Christmas Rush" was Monday and we survived even if he didn't get home until 4:30 something am! Tomorrow I'll start on getting space in the basement cleared out so we can put the tree up which will make Spirit very happy.

	Greetings. We picked up RB, got him settled, went back to town to do our Walmart shopping, came home, packed up the pies and I am now preparing to get prone because I was on my feet too much yesterday and I'm paying for it today!

	Spent most of the afternoon prone and my legs -- left one especially -- feel better. I'm currently taking a break from cleaning up the kitchen. I tried to keep up with things last night but by the end of the "Bake A Thon" I was too tired to finish up. The hardest part of the clean up -- scrubbing "boil over" -- off of the trays I put under the pies is finally done. Note to Self for next year: Put parchment paper under the pies to catch the drips! And I have 16 empty pie filling cans to clean out. That sweet sticky stuff does NOT want to come out easily and I don't want to recycle them without cleaning them out so.... I'd better get back to work.

	Greetings! FINALLY able to sit down and post. I'll be glad when it is this time next week. The Christmas Rush will be over, Skywise will FINALLY get "maybe" three days off and things should get back to "normal" around here. "Retirement" is looking better and better. Of course, "I" won't retire but not having to plan our lives around the Post Office's schedule will be heavenly.

	For some strange reason, ALL my favorite blogs are coming back "DNS Lookup Error" or "Failure to Connect". One or two, I could let pass but ALL of them? I smell "rotten fish guts". I'll check back later and maybe I'll check on a few other sites that carry some of the same stuff that aren't among my favorites.

	My eyes are giving me a hard time tonight. When I switch from the computer glasses to the bifocals, I get an extremely painful headache for a few minutes. I think I'm going to have to start taking the computer glasses off, wait a few minutes and then put on my bifocals which is gonna be damned unhandy. I have a feeling that it will negatively impact my writing time. Post # 36,763

	Greetings. I managed to fight off the migraine and I feel pretty good today. Skywise has tomorrow off if nothing happens so we "should" be able to see Star Wars. I have a damned mountain range of laundry to do so that's what I'll be doing today. Oh happy day! At least I don't have to have another marathon pie baking session..... Post # 36,765

	Heading out. Visual functions are going south and I'm clicking the wrong commands in Pages -- pasting instead of saving and other fun errors. Hitting the right keys is becoming a problem too. I never was a good "touch-typist". I need to see the keys and right now, that's a problem. So I'm going to head for bed. Unless something totally unforeseen happens, we'll be seeing The Force Awakens tomorrow, first showing so we should be back fairly early. Until then... Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	As Skywise and Moonie were taking the trash out for pickup last night, he discovered a flat tire on the van. Then Spirit got thoroughly sick to her stomach -- she's fine this morning. So bright and early this morning, Skywise took the tire over to the auto shop and had them fix it. Then he came back and we all went into town to eat. We ate, came back and I got prone because my ankle was hurting. We let the cats out, including Romeo from the Guest House. Romeo came into this house and made himself at home. WP did NOT like that and much hissing, spitting and yowling on her part ensued. Skywise thinks that Romeo wants to join the rest of the feline clan and live in this house -- which would be very convenient for us -- but WP is having none of it. She's taken to growling at every yellow cat she sees, including SunLord who is rather bewildered by her change in attitude. Romeo didn't want to leave but Skywise managed to get him out of this house and back to the Guest House. This time. The winter promises to be interesting... Things are finally quiet and I have time to post.
