	Penth returned to the Club the same way that she had left it after a singularly unsuccessful pub crawl. Or at least it was unsuccessful in terms of information gathered. In terms of indecent propositions received, it was a smashing success. Penth found PD's note, nodded to herself and went to get a little sleep before the day began in earnest....

	In the hallway outside the room where PD was confined, two men conferred. "Are we sure that little girl is one of the women who took out our guys?" "Yes. She was moving incredibly fast but the survivors got a good enough look to identify her. She'll make good breeding stock if her gene map holds up. If not, well, we can always use her as a surrogate." The first man nodded his agreement. "I have to go tell the boss about the fiasco at the match. Capturing her will take the sting out of losing the van full of surrogates." The men parted company. One to report to their superiors and the other to enter PD's room.....

	bolards, bollards, bollards she thinks to herself as she hears the man entering the room. to make it look like she is still sleeping she allows herself to breath softly in an attempt to make her visitor turn around and walk away, also hoping he would not see the loose handcuffs around her wrists, and she is gratefull she thought to tuck herself in a ball, keeping them out of sight.

"You see" she says, tying up her bootlace "I'm not you're average kind of girl, and I don't take lightly to being treated like a breeding machine"
