	Morning. I'm slowly starting to get caught up on my sleep. Right now, I'm going to get some tea and breakfast and start making pies after Skywise has left for work.

	We're FINALLY HOME!!! I didn't have enough time to come on even for a few minutes this morning, we had to leave a little after 7 my time because the roads were HORRIBLE this morning... They're still NOT great at all but they are somewhat better. Son went to get his prescription refilled, then Hubby and I dropped him off at school, and we zoomed all over town doing errands.... After that was done, we went to a "coffee shop" reading of various poems from Son's class... He read one of his and he did an amazing job!!! I'm EXHAUSTED but I still have a ton of stuff to do like laundry and vacuuming where that #$%^&* tree is going to go, Hubby is putting that up shortly. I'm going to get that done and get the rest of the presents we purchased put away then I'll finish getting caught up.... DID I EAT THAT ONION???? Geez................

	We decided to do the grocery shopping tomorrow rather than today since there's nothing on the list that I needed for today and we have to go to the bank tomorrow to deposit his check so we'll do that and then just keep going south. LOL There's also a staff meeting today that Skywise has to attend and I thought that being able to relax before leaving for work would be a good thing.

	Vacuuming DONE.... Load of laundry almost finished so that will be tossed into the dryer shortly. Hubby is getting the tree started NOW and we have a cat who took one look at it and zipped out of the living room very quickly. She'll go back in after she sees the tree up... That reminds me... Where did we put the fishing line last year????? Now to get caught up quickly..... Hubby will be doing groceries tomorrow on his way home from work and I'll be wrapping a few things tomorrow while he's gone... Then attacking more stuff over the weekend! I'll be offline trying to work tomorrow, my last "working day" until the new year. Schools here are finished until Jan. 6th after tomorrow. Two whole weeks of "I go back on January 6th, Mommy?" SIGH......... And who said the holidays were supposed to be relaxing? I'd like to shoot whoever said that!!!!!

	It was undoubtedly someone who was independently wealthy who had staff to do all the cooking, cleaning, decorating and shopping that needed to be done.

	I'll be doing some of the holiday baking over the weekend and on Monday and Tuesday... Son wants his favorite cookies, so he's getting some! I don't make pies for Christmas or Thanksgiving, we generally have cheesecake here... Which is on the list Hubby will be getting tomorrow....

	I'll probably start baking for us either tomorrow or over the weekend. Moonie wants to learn cake decorating so I'll probably make a batch of cupcakes so she can start learning how a decorating bag works. I expect a sweet mess but at least we have the workstation now so there's room to work!

	Moonie couldn't do any worse her first time than I do NOW.... I've decorated a number of cakes in my time but never got the hang of it. Stupid CTS doesn't help one bit.... SIGH

	I made a lot of "character cakes" when the girls were younger and I still have them so Moonie is going to have a ball and we're going to be eating a lot of cake. First pie is out and the second one is in.

	Morning. I'm in for a bit then offline trying to work, it's the last "writing day" before the holiday vacation starts in our district. The tree is up, Cat has been good - so far! - and I'm thinking that a lot of coffee will be consumed today... Time to get caught up.....

	Maybe staying offline today won't be a bad thing even if I don't get a single sentence written up... I'm REALLY sick of certain things right now, and it's only showing just how LOW the intelligence level of some of my friends really is.... GODS. Am I really the only one out there other than Penth, RT, Tabby and a few others that comet ISON broke up in its transit around the sun??? SERIOUSLY???????
