	Pie #2 is out of the oven. Spirit has left me a Christmas cake next to the computer. So, I'm going to take a break, let the countertop oven cool and eat it before I start on Pie #3.

	Afternoon. Skywise will be leaving a bit early with 3 "company sized" pies. He also has a change of clothes and a wool blanket in the car. The "weather" is closing in fast. The cats are staying in, like it or not and LP doesn't like it but he'll survive. Which he might not if he were outside. I've got "storm prep" to do so I'll be getting busy as soon as Skywise is out the door.

	We have snow. So far it doesn't seem as bad as predicted, at least as far as amounts are concerned. Temperatures, however, are living up to expectations. It's currently 11 degrees and dropping

	It has warmed up to 0. It's 71 in the house (it was 73 before this cold wave hit and we haven't turned the thermostat down) with humidity so low, it can't be measured.

	Afternoon. We're having a heat wave. It's up to 8 degrees! Skywise has the next three days off and we're going to enjoy NOT having to deal with the Christmas Rush which is over for this year. And, hopefully, next year we won't be dealing with it at all.

	Afternoon. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Slept in this morning. The rolls came out wonderfully. The roast is currently on the work station. It goes in the crockpot as soon as I can get the wrapper off.
