	Started to stand up just now and almost didn't make it so.... painkiller. I'd like to get a little more done today or at least, sleep. I will be SO GLAD when it's my turn for surgery even if the the first two - three weeks will be hell -- according to Skywise.

	LP has been in and out of my lap since he came in. Right now, after about half an hour in my lap, he's jumped down. WP is in the chair next to me and has been glaring at LP's backside while he slept. She hasn't gotten into my lap yet but I think it's only a matter of time.

	Afternoon. Facebook put me in 24 hour "time out" last night. I guess being honest about what I'd do to someone who broke into my house is "against community standards"... and I wasn't particularly graphic about it either! So no one there will be wished "Happy New Year" tonight. Ate in town rather than going to Greenwood. Spirit was disappointed but she'll get her Chick-fil-A another day. I'll be keeping as busy as my knees will let me. Since Skywise works today, I'll need to keep busy.

	Afternoon. We slept in a bit then went to town for lunch. The car is "finally" ready and we'll pick it up tomorrow which sets our Milk and Produce Run back a day. Just when our schedule was getting back to normal. Maybe next week.

	Doing some "pre-op" research ahead of Skywise's surgery in February. There isn't ANYPLACE in the area around the surgery center where we can eat after he's released. He won't be able to eat before surgery and will be STARVING when he's released. The girls and I will be pretty hungry too. I'll pack something I can eat so I can take my meds and definitely some Coke Zero so I don't mess up my glucose. (The vending machines at the surgery center have nothing suitable for someone with "sugar issues".) But we're all going to need something more substantial than what I can pack. So... we're going to need a plan.....

	Afternoon. Skywise got home at 4:45 this morning. We got up at 10:30 to pick up the Dinkmobile. Came home, turned around and took the van into town to get a quick lunch. Came home again. Skywise got ready and has left for work. Hopefully, today/tonight will be easier than last night.

	Skywise is actually on his way home. His leg is killing him. I will be so glad when it's next month and we're doing the prep for his surgery. I hope that the weather behaves so the surgery doesn't have to be postponed. I also hope that "they" don't manufacture another pandemic/lockdown and close the hospitals so I can get MY surgery done! Anyway he'll be home in about 35 minutes so I'm heading out. Everyone sleep well, be safe and stay calm.

	Afternoon. The Milk and Apple run has been made except that there was no milk at Meijer. We'll probably make an extra run on Saturday. Skywise has left for work. IU Health just called with his first two "pre-op" appointments. The "ball" is rolling.
