	Gorgeous Penth! I like both styles of the red shoes but I like the second one just a little better... But that's me and my taste.

	I just ordered these. Since fixing their screwup with the order cost me $16.20 cents -- which they've promised to credit to my account -- I decided to go ahead and make my next order lest they decide that there is some sort of "limit" on the credit! Yes, I'm being cautious since the credit is apparently going on my account with them rather than being taken off my card. At least, that is the impression I got! Post # 48,900

	Wore my shoes around for a bit this evening. I've worn tennies and athletic shoes for so long that "dress shoes" feel kinda weird and the "buckles" on the straps -- which only look like buckles -- are gonna drive me crazy, I just know it! I hope that I don't have to find a high end shoe restore/repair place to put actual, "for real" buckles on them 'cause that would be a pain and probably expensive.

	I got the notification last night that my shoes were finished and ready to ship. I just checked and they're on the move although still in China. They're using UPS this time and they are promising delivery by the 29th. We'll see.

	Scheming. I have the "Song of the Lonely Mountain" on CD but it's the "extended" version that played over the end credits. The first four minutes of the song cry out to be danced to, the rest -- not so much. I told Skywise that after the first four minutes the song needed to "fade out" the last part. I have JUST discovered that the Firstborn has a downloaded YouTube in which the creator has done that very thing! The first 4 minutes, 1 second are there then it fades/cuts out. NOW all that remains to be done is to get it on this computer -- minor detail -- and the audio loaded into my iTunes music library...... Yes, Iz happy dancingperson!

	My shoes got into Indianapolis from Louisville at 5 this morning (someone exceeded the speed limit!) and the package is currently on a UPS truck somewhere in South-Central Indiana. Gonna get pretty silver shoes today!

	Yeah, I know. Long time no post. 2013 was the year that writing and Skywise's health consumed me to the exclusion of all else. That wasn't really healthy for me -- especially the "obsessive level" writing -- but that's what happened. 2014 has been spent in working toward a balance between the writing and the rest of my life since Skywise's health has stabilized and we've pretty much settled into the "new normal". I'm at the point where I'm going to try dancing again. I "may" have a handle on this chronic leg pain of mine so I'm going to see what I can do. In recognition of that, I ordered a new instructional dvd by one of my favorite dancers tonight. I'll have to see how it goes but I'm too damned stubborn to give up and if I can get on top of this "leg pain thing" I'll get back to where I was and progress from there.
